Steve, our sales rep, was very easy to talk to and we appreciated his thorough, easy to understand explanation of how to address the repair of our roof. the team that came to the house worked very hard. They were amazing, finishing the job in a single day, including a complete clean up. No detritus was left behind. i know this is often a problem. Last night we had a big rain and no leaks! So I guess it was a job well done in all respects! (the office staff was also responsive and friendly!!)
